Ch. 10: Final Written Review

Due May 6 (11:59 PM)

Write a Review (55o word minimum)using the general techniques and expectations we’ve engaged so far this semester. One key addition this time is to engage in the Chapter 10 guidelines for the “Ten Minute Review” to take notes. Your writing style and voice for this assignment is completely up to you, just make sure you cover the elements covered in the “Ten Minute” examination (from story summary to the technical aspects – with examples and defense).

I do want you to offer and engaging title for your review, solid introduction and conclusion (along with the MPAA rating and your official scorecard grade). Remember to examine the strengths and weaknesses with examples and defense.

The final written review can be posted to your film journal blog (and linked below), or emailed to me in a word doc, Google doc. or PDF (extra credit may be applied for using all the blog post tools we’ve used previously – links, tags, photos).

The choices for this week’s written review can come from films listed in

Chapter Nine or Ten:

Mystery/Suspense Films

Children/Family or Animated Films
